Our exercise video has been specially designed for men with prostate cancer.
There is a growing amount of evidence showing the benefit of exercise for men with prostate cancer. We’re pleased to offer this safe and accessible resource, and it’s free of charge.
We’ve included some tips to help you exercise safely and a short introductory video. If you haven’t exercised for a long time then you will need to build this up gradually. Always check with your doctor before starting to exercise
